2013 Franciscan Equilibrium White Blend- Napa Valley, California

72% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Chardonnay, 11% Muscat, the name Equilibrium means “to come together in a state of harmonious balance.” With this in mind, the winemakers crafted a unique expression of artisan blending. Crisp mouth-feel showing bright floral notes along with refreshing pear and white peach flavors, Equilibrium is an ensemble of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat. The perception of sweetness enables it to pair beautifully with a range of foods, from spicy barbeque, Thai and other Asian cuisines.

2013 Demarie Langhe Arneis- Piedmont, Italy

100% Arneis- This everyday white table wine shows a pale straw yellow luster with a hint of green high-lights. A perfume of ripe fruit and abundant floral on the nose recall flavors of peach, apricot, wild broom, and chamomile. Pleasantly dry on the palate with light white fruits and a nutty dried almond finish.

2011 Demarie Nebbiolo de Alba- Piedmont, Italy

100% Nebbiolo- Delicate, but intense on the nose, this wine opens up slowly to release delightful impressions of wild violet and ripe Morello cherry. Mellow tones of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry jam on the palate, with a bit of anise on the finish.

2013 Ornella Molon Merlot- Venezia, Italy
